KONVOY Dev Log Week 6: Wrapping Up Invites and Diving Into Navigation
Progress continues on KONVOY as we finalize the Drive Invite system and make strides in implementing Turn-by-Turn Navigation. With additional PTO coming up, we're poised to accelerate development over the holidays.

Our waitlist remains steady as we continue refining the core features of KONVOY:

While growth has paused, the stability allows us to focus on improving the product and preparing for broader outreach efforts.
What’s Been Done & What’s Next
✅ Recently Completed:
This week, we wrapped up the Drive Invite System, completing a key part of the Drive Wizard feature set. This system allows:
- Users to seamlessly invite others to join their drives.
- Participants to confirm or decline invitations, ensuring smooth coordination.
The completion of this feature ensures that group coordination within KONVOY is as intuitive and efficient as possible.
🚧 In Progress:
We’ve now shifted our focus to implementing Turn-by-Turn Navigation, a critical feature for KONVOY. This involves:
- UI for Navigation Instructions: Designing clear and user-friendly visuals for guiding users through their routes.
- Route Adherence System: Ensuring users remain pinned to their planned routes and providing automatic re-routing if necessary.
This feature is essential, offering users reliable and seamless navigation during their drives.
How We’re Feeling
This week felt slower due to rescheduled calls with potential customers, but the extra time allowed us to double down on development. The good news is that with PTO over the next week and a half, we’ll have ample opportunity to accelerate progress. While some momentum was lost this week, the upcoming break offers a chance to make significant strides and ensure KONVOY is on track for its next milestones.
