This week was all about refining KONVOY's branding, polishing the beta experience, and gaining inspiration from attending the first Caffeine and Octane event of the year.

This week was all about refining KONVOY's branding, polishing the beta experience, and gaining inspiration from attending the first Caffeine and Octane event of the year.

Current KPIs

The waitlist remains steady as we continue refining KONVOY:

  • Waitlist signups: 18 🚗 (same as last week)

While waitlist numbers have held steady, the focus has been on preparing for a strong beta launch.

Talking to Customers

This week, I attended the first Caffeine and Octane event of the year. Rather than actively pitching KONVOY, I focused on familiarizing myself with the event layout and understanding the crowd. Observing the types of cars and people present, as well as how exhibitors were engaging with attendees, was highly insightful. I believe advertising at these types of events will be key to driving awareness for KONVOY in the future.

What’s Been Done & What’s Next

  • Beta Instructions: Created clear instructions to guide beta testers.

🚧 In Progress:

  • Tapping Drivers on Map: Adding functionality to tap on other drivers and view their details.

How We’re Feeling

Attending Caffeine and Octane was inspiring. Seeing rare cars like a Ford GT, Bugatti Veyron, Lamborghini Countach, and Porsche 918 in person was thrilling. Observing other exhibitor booths also gave me ideas for future marketing strategies.

My motivation is incredibly high after the event, and I’m eager to continue engaging with car enthusiasts as we fine-tune KONVOY. With the beta phase approaching, I’m excited to see how the community responds to the early version of the app.
